Disclaimer of Warranties & Performance Notice
The following statements govern your use of Bloom Coolers products, informational articles, outdoor cooling equipment specifications, and commercial purchases.
1. General Informational Purpose
The material presented on this website is for general informational and shopping purposes only. While Bloom Coolers strives to maintain precise and up-to-date descriptions, color swatches, thermal capacity estimations, and accessory specifications, errors or technical inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We make no express warranties regarding completeness or operational fitness without formal written validation.
2. Ice Retention & Thermal Performance Specifications
All ice preservation durations (e.g., “up to 7 days of ice retention”) are measured under controlled laboratory test benchmarks. Real-world thermal efficiency varies considerably based upon environmental factors, including but not limited to:
- Direct sun exposure, ultraviolet intensity, and ambient surface temperatures.
- Initial temperature of contents and pre-chilling procedures before packing.
- Ice-to-beverage packing volume ratios (recommended standard 2:1 ice to food ratio).
- Frequency and duration of cooler latch openings throughout use.
- Quality and type of cooling medium (block ice, cubed ice, or specialized dry ice packs).
Crucial Notice on Environmental Variations
Bloom Coolers is not liable for perishable food degradation, beverage spoiling, or medical supplies warming resulting from improper cooling techniques, elevated ambient heat, or incorrect latch engagement.
3. Product Safety, Wildlife Resistance & Safe Operation
Our rotomolded hard coolers and heavy-duty expedition containers are engineered for durable outdoor performance. However, certified bear-resistant features require certified padlocks or master locks (sold separately). Unlocked or unlatched coolers do not safeguard provisions against local wildlife or pests.
Food Contact & Sanitization
All interior walls utilize food-grade BPA-free materials. Regular sanitization with neutral soap and warm water is required before storing unpackaged food items.
Pressure & Dry Ice Protocol
Always ensure pressure relief valves are released before opening airtight pressure seals after transport across elevation variances.
4. Third-Party Links & Informational Guides
Our guides and product reviews may link to third-party travel blogs, outdoor maintenance tutorials, or regional park regulations. Bloom Coolers assumes no editorial control or legal responsibility over third-party platforms, their privacy practices, or changes to external website content.
5. Limitation of Statutory Liability
In no event will Bloom Coolers, its founders, directors, employees, or distribution partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or transport of our cooling gear, hardware mounts, or accessories. Consumers retain statutory rights granted under relevant Canadian and local consumer protection legislation.
